Refund policy

All items at Silicon Surplus are tested and graded before listing. Please review the grade and condition description carefully before purchasing — the price reflects the condition. If you receive an item that does not match its listed description or grade, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Grade E and F items are sold as-is and are final sale. No refunds or returns on these grades. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.
