Silicon Surplus ships worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times vary by destination. Domestic (Canada) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. Local pickup is available at our BC locations — contact us before ordering to arrange. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs after the package has been handed off.
